My car had a critical engine error. I called and made an appointment before having it towed to the dealer. The appointment was on a Friday at 9am. The tow truck driver told me he delivered the car on time But I didn't hear anything from the dealer. By 1pm I called and found out the car had not been looked at. I was disappointed after making an appointment for service. They told me they were too busy. I had to come the next day and the car was fixed.
