Ricky was an excellent service advisor. He worked well with us to get everything we needed completed in one day. He made sure we were comfortable and was very efficient. Nice guy, tribute to your staff.

There were a lot of issues. My car ended up being there over the weekend even though the advisor said it would be ready on Saturday. Finally my service was assigned to Rickie, he has been there a very long time and I have worked with him many times. He got everything worked out. Six stars for Rickie
