Service seemed to be performed to standards. The customer lounge (waiting area) was undergoing renovation, so things were not as comfortable as it usually is. My only real complaint is the service technicians totally messed up my driver's seat settings, so it took a while to get the seat adjusted back to where I like it.

When waiting for them to do service they always forget to come tell me the car is done. Three times now I have had to go ask for my car and it's been ready every time
They got the job done. But after being told it would take 3 hours to complete it seems like your car will be left on the back burner if you refuse to wait because my "3 hour job" turned into a 5 hour job.
Fast and complete. We were made to feel comfortable while waiting. Free wash was nice. Only had a 5 minute wait until car was seen.
Fantastic dealership at every level. They greet you quickly and make sure you're directed to the right place. Service is always quick but accurate which is most important and the service writers are all friendly and helpful.

A little slow for car enter shop, and took a little longer than expected to diagnose. They were not contacting me at all to keep me informed, and when I called I got vague information. My Kia had a knock sensor detection alert and went into protective limp mode. It seems they unable to get into shop Friday. On Saturday they ran standard test for bearing wear, and unable to find other cause. They upgraded knock sensor software for less sensitive alert
