Took my 2022 Hyundai Kona in for 22K maintenance check, etc. Techs performed tire rotation + oil change. However, after leaving the shop, noticed the tires were overinflated (according to recommended guidelines on driver-side door.) Approx 400 miles later, right rear tire blew out. Tire had to be replaced ($180). I am of the opinion that the overinflated tires contributed to the blow out I experienced. Techs need to be trained on proper tire psi levels. Camelback Hyundai should reimburse me.

I had a great experience! My guy Robert had been transferred to kia,,so Shawn, aka " big shawn" helped me with a recall issue,, they replaced my steering column,,& did a great job,,on the multi- inspection,,& told me all the preventative maintenance issues that were needed in great,,& thorough details. He was great,,I kinda was a surprise,,visit,, he wasn't ready for me,,but took me anyways,,with grace & great customer service! Thank u again Shawn! Tiffiny
