Great service I came to get service for my Optima because my passenger air light was on. Luckily Prem said it was still under warranty. So I took it in it took them a while for them to find what’s wrong. I really appreciated that. But I did bring my car back a different date, due to then needing to order the part. I had to reschedule for later in the day and they were really nice about letting me do that. Overall great experience with Service department.
CAMELBACK KIA IS MY GO TO AND MY ONLY CHOICE My personal experience with Camelback KIA is actually a very good one. It is normal and expected for Sales to Sale. I did not expect anything different. The staff was attentive, friendly, Transparent, and Human - meaning Normal in their dealings but still keeping it professional because after all, It is a place of business and Sales is Sales. They are my Go To for cars. All I drive is KIA and this is my 3rd one and I got it at Camelback KIA because of the customer service.
