I decided to wait and work from the waiting room. It was a quiet, comfortable place to work. When it looked like the service would take longer because of unscheduled requests, Alex arranged for me to have a car until mine was ready. I am very happy I chose Camelback Subaru!

Actually work and battery replacement went well. Person answering the phone at call center was rude and put us on hold for 20 minutes by which time we were at the facility.
