I had to bring the car back for a fuel line repair after extensive -- and expensive -- repairs where the problem really should have been discovered. I'm happy you didn't charge me for the second service. And I appreciate that your service person got my inspection done for re-registration. Also very happy with Shawn Church's service. I felt as if he really did want to take care of me. But this wasn't the experience I'm used to from your service dept.

I complained about jerky / surging acceleration from stop, Was told software fix had been installed that would fix. NOT fixed - major annoyance. Never buying another Subaru if same performance.
