All 60-month maintenance and repair (windshield washer tank replacement) services performed on my 2017 Subaru Forester by the technician(s) at Camelback Subaru were completed quickly and correctly the first time. My service adviser, Iain Woolley, got me in and out and ensured that only services that needed to be performed on vehicle with 16,000 miles were performed and that warranty coverage was applied to the replacement of the windshield washer tank.

Grant Draper is the best service consultant I have ever worked with. He is always prompt and timely, courteous and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about service that was accomplished and what I should be considering"down the road" as they say. He was also extremely versed on the nuances between the extended warranty plans available through Subaru. As this Crosstrek lease is nearing termination, this was information I needed and appreciated.

Everything was okay, except for one relatively minor issue. The shop completed an inspection form and gave everything a green (positive) rating. However, one of the items on the list is fluids, including windshield washer fluid. That fluid was empty when I brought the car in and still empty when I got the car back. It does make me concerned about anything else that could have been skipped as other fluids are much more important.

I am always satisfied with my service/repair at the Subaru service department. Whatever the problem, I know they will take care of it in the best possible way. The service department always lets me know what is wrong and how much it will cost to repair before doing any work on my car and I like that. So if your Subaru needs a repair or just regular service Camelback Subaru is the place to go.
