I came in for an oilchange and reported a "rattling noise" coming from the trunk area of my car. They couldn't find the cause while servicing the vehicle, but when I mentioned it at check out, the manager came out and took another listen. He found the cause and fixed it right away. I purchased the car. Two days later the battery was dead . Dealer refused to pay for new battery . I purchased new battery at auto zone for $199 including tax. Old battery had date on it 2021 out lasting most batteries for use in Arizona. I felt dealer should have replaced battery prior to putting the car up for sale.

They just did not put things back in place after removing the spare tire in the back, and the car wash was not sufficient. There were still bird droppings on the car. As far as I know the rest of the service was good. Good Customer Service. He was very helpful.
