We had the pleasure of working with Kris Patel. He was very friendly and professional throughout the process of trading in and buying two cars. We had asked to make sure we could get approved for the two cars we were looking for first and he was very helpful in doing the deal the way we had asked. As a side note we love our two new Subaru suvs. We would recommended Kris to anyone who wants a hassle free buying experience!
For starters we do not live in Phoenix, we live in Texas. I had a great experience buying a new Forester with Kaden Nguyen. He cared about helping me find a car that was right for me.
Great experience here working with Paul. He was open and honest and helped to educate me on the car buying process. I ended up going with a different vehicle that wasn’t available at this dealership but would have gladly purchased from Paul had I chosen to go with a VW or one of their used vehicles.
From beginning to end, the experience at Camelback VW Subaru was outstanding. I was being helped by Caleb and he showed great knowledge in Subaru's, was transparent and honest. This helped buying a vehicle effortless! Tu Le also exceeded my expectations! I've had a horrible experience with the Finance Dept from other dealers, but Tu really changed the narrative and was there to help. Thank you to everyone!
Kaden was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He was a great salesman, without being pushy! The whole process was very smooth, thanks to his attention to detail and no hidden surprises! Tully in finance was also a pleasure to work with.
Both Kaden and Gabe were awesome to work with. Super friendly, informative, and made the whole car buying process really easy, without all the hassle and BS like most car dealerships.
