Tod was awesome! Super nice, soft spoken and not at all pushy. He told me everything he knew someone buying a new car would want to know. He’s obviously a big car guy and told me everything I wanted to hear about the Crosstrek. He never once said anything that made me think he just wanted us to buy, but really tried to meet our needs.
