Easy experience overall Very low pressure and they made the deal I was looking for, yet didn’t think was possible. The only slight negative was the first round of pricing/finance options that came back we’re not anything we had discussed (ie I was either going to put down $6K, $8K, $12K and knew I’d qualify for the special interest rate of 0.9%. Kris was wonderful in every way. Everyone was so helpful and Kris was amazing from beginning to end. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Kris embodied everything that a car salesman should be.
Listened to my needs Megan found me the vehicle I was looking for by listening to my needs and matching that with my budget. I love my new car
No Pressure! We have always viewed buying a car as a hassle. Haggling back-and-forth being pressured by overbearing sales people. Our experience was nothing like that. Megan was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were very impressed at her professionalism and her light hearted personality. She listened to what we wanted and needed and then conveyed that to the sales manager. She followed up with us to see if we had any questions or problems. A few days later we received another text checking up on us.
Worked through everything with us From the first conversation we had with Kaden, we knew he was going to take good care of us. Working with us and our situation was not easy, but everyone that worked with us made it real simple and really listened to our wants. Kaden was extremely personable and no one was pushy whatsoever; it really all was on us.
Best dealership experience ever Everything was very relaxed from the start. I knew the car I wanted, and they worked with me on a deal without any of the shady tactics I’ve experienced with other dealers in the past. The price we agreed to was the price when I signed the final contract. Kory, Van, Tu and Tully were really friendly and professional throughout the process. Next time I’m in the market, I’ll definitely reach out to see if they have something I’m interested in.

Amazingly easy! Dennis and tu were extremely helpful and answered every question i had about my car. Dennis showed me all the features my car had and even helped me set them all up.
Excellent Work Environment The service department has been nothing but courteous and excellent to me since I began using them six years ago. The mechanics and front office staff are polite, take the time to explain which procedures they feel are necessary and why, and are very respectful if you elect to do a service yourself. For example, they noted that the air cabin filter and air intake filter were dirty, and I told them I'd take care of it to save labor costs. They aren't pushy selling services.
