Titus from service department showed excellent customer service. He demonstrated professionalism during my visit. When given a list of things my car needed, he was not pushy or trying to make a sale. Titus showed that he cared and that is something I respect and trust. Titus deserved 10 stars for his knowledge and how he communicates with the customers.
