I have always had EXCELLENT service. Q has always been there for me & is very honest. He makes sure that I understand all & accomodates my car's needs. He gives me up to date statuses & keeps me informed of any changes. That is why I keep coming back.

Overall, I think they are the best! Toyota products are great and people at Camelback are friendly and responsive to issues. Mechanics are excellent. Prices are very high for repairs and I expect nothing but excellence in return for my hard earned money! Sales staff is also friendly and kind. Service advisor Lee “Rev” is great. Blue ribbon service!

Adam was awesome! !!! The only thing that bothered me was the wait time. 1030 to 500pm was a long wait.

I am happy with the service that Robert Gonzalez and the mechanics provide - I do not think the pricing is any kind of a ‘value’ or ‘deal’ but I do trust the quality of work- I DO NOT APPRECIATE OR THINK A 3% credit card surcharge is fair or reasonable I think you should credit mine and stop this policy altogether / this just seems like extra fees for no reason when you are already making a lot from what you charge customers
