We recently had our 2017 Tacoma and 2019 Camry hybrid serviced. We were able to get appointments that worked for us. We were greeted by Tristan in the service department. Our appointment was with Jorge who, addressed all our concerns. He kept us informed during the service process.

JJ was very helpful and was able to uphold his end of the bargain when it came to the new car i got. he kept in communication after the fact to make sure i was taken care of as well. I would say out of all the salesmen i have worked with in the past at dealerships, he was by far the best.
