Service at this dealer was excellent in every aspect, beginning to end. My service advisor was Jim Chase. He looked up all my past service elsewhere, explained what was found by their technicians and what was urgent or could wait. Chase anticipated I would need a car and made arrangements ahead of time. The experience was excellent and I will return for further service needs in the future. Would recommend Camelback Toyota and Jim Chase to anyone who needs Toyota services.

When I drove up to your dealership, I was greeted by Adriana Hernandez. She was awesome. I would say that she is the main reason why I purchased a 4Runner. She was a lot of fun to talk to about cars and about life. I would definitely recommend Camelback Toyota because of her.
We had a problem from the first time it was supposedly fixed but then I took it back and now it’s running great

Roomy and comfy waiting area and clean restroom, even a small-kids play area. Some unpleasant customer audio...Need a policy posted that all phone\device audio must use ear phones\buds, seems like common sense... Service was great thanks to Michael French, I declined some services due to cost (fixed income). Complementary coffee from machine, a pleasant surprise. Cafe seemed to have a wide selection of food. Hybrid owners beware, qualified tech required which might add substantial wait time until tech available and completes... read more
