Straight forward visit. Wait was a bit excessive as I noticed the car out on the lot and I had to track down the advisor
Courtesy at its best! Efficiency and transparency is apparent. What I did not like was the surcharge fee on my use of a credit card. Made for a bad experience.
The service was fast and lane my service advisor was great. Job was done in a timely manner.
Honestly didn't even deal with Caleb Johnson. But my experience with Quinn ADams and Denita Long Kaiser was phenomenal. Unfortunately was not approved but the team did their best to try and get me approved and Ican see that they are passionate about their work.
It is easy to schedule on line. Always greeted and checked in efficiently. My service manager keeps me updated and explains needed service and repairs.

And I trust them to fix my vehicle service representative explained in detail what was required and advised me on the next step to fix my vehicle. I am confident in the work and the service that Camelback Toyota provides. And the prices are comparable to those other mechanics. I trust the quality and work provided by Camelback.
