Friendly service. Service Advisor very knowledgeable about what kind of service needs to be done to our car. Very helpful in getting our display screen adjusted so we can use it.
Q is a great person to work with. He’s responsive & answers all your questions. When a part didn’t come in & they needed another day to work on my car he gave me a rental car. I bought my car at Camelback Toyota & will continue to get serviced here.

The only reason I gave you a 3 star is because I specifically only wanted an oil change. They ended up doing a tire rotation without my consent. I get free tire rotations with Costco since I bought my tires there. I spent unnecessary $$ that I didn’t ask for. My service advisor is great. I don’t blame him. Camelback Toyota dropped the ball somewhere. This is the first time it has happened here so it’s not the advisor’s fault.
