By far the quickest ive had a service done at toyota. Maybe took an hour even though their were plenty of cars in front of me
Damian and the team have been great at every level and with every experience. Friendly, caring/considerate, efficient and fair! I would also like to commend Michael who was my initial contact and a big reason why I chose you all to begin with. Highly satisfied with services!
They attended me quickly after I arrived, were super welcoming, and always explain how the service is going to go. They were honest about the pricing and very accommodating as to when I was able to pick up my vehicle

It is good to have many people assisting the clients. But, unfortunately, in my case 2 out of 4 people helping me, were people not delivering very accurate info. I dont appreciate time consuming process nor I like incompetence in such delicate process. Otherwise, dealership is nice and everyone was nice and courteous.

It was not a planned appointment but necessary and I was able to get my car in right away. They also provided the necessary work in a timely manner keeping me informed. Also there were no hidden charges. And the charges were as I was informed. Jose T is a great representative of your company, caring for his customers and the reputation of the dealership.
