Jeremiah was exceptional on service. He responded quickly to my text and pleasure to work with. Only issue was not with him but the 3.5% fee for CC. Just feels tacky for dealership to charge
Quatarius Barino is wonderful. He’s been our mechanic for a while now and he always does an excellent job.
The quality of work appears to be good. The service advisor was friendly. The policies of the dealership seem to be far more profit oriented than customer service oriented.

Very mediocre service; I really hoped to establish a long term relationship with Camelback Toyota because it is convenient location. But the car was not finished when promised. It took 2’5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. It took10 minutes for a service advisor to greet me even though it was not busy and there were at least 10 advisors inside just chatting.
