Robert Gonzales. Always so professional and helpful to me. Trust him completely. All these years I have thought of Toyota as a first class organization but their current policy of adding on a surcharge to the bill is tacky and I do not hold them in the same high regard as I have in the past.

Liked how quick it was for someone to greet me at my car but for a service error that was on the factory, it took all day for my car to be serviced so it shocked me
