Service was done in the time they quoted me for and we're not pushy about getting any other services done.
I always get excellent service from this Toyota dealer. I don’t feel like I am being taken. They have a nice waiting room, but I’d like to see you there. Snack shop open later hours. They were not open late afternoon on Saturday. All of the service tech I have had have been wonderful.
The dealership and amenities are fine, the workers are great people specifically aaron. Everytime i go service my vehicle i choose him he’s always on top of everything he even jogs to get my keys for me he is going above and beyond and i greatly appreciate it.

They often forget to fill my fluids, and this time left my tire light on, but they always fix it. Did a nice job on my door handle .
Usually get great service but I guess this service advisor (Abbas). Seemed in a hurry to check me in - never even stopped by his desk. Got an expensive service but didn’t notice I needed an oil change because he didn’t check my records (or notice the sticker in my window showing I was overdue). Spent nearly $60 for a Lyft home and didn’t get any updates throughout the day until it was time to pick up my car. Bottom line - my car was at the shop all day and I still need service. Everything was explained to me and I was treated very courteously. Also one of the salesmen struck up a conversation with me without trying really hard selling because that sometimes doesn't work. We just chatted. He has made a friend for life. I am recommending him on all my socials. And if I ever do buy another Toyota, it will be from him. Had a very good experience this time around at Camelback Toyota
