I was very pleased with the car buying experience. Everyone was friendly, honest, knowledgable, and courteous. The process went very smoothly.
The dealership is nice and the team worked with me to get me into something.
The only problem I had was at checkout, after all the work was done and I’m taking the card to pay, I was told that there a new policy of charging a 3% fee. This should have been told when I dropped the car off, then I could opt in, or in the least taken cash out or moved funding to the debit card.
