He was professional, respectful, honest and trustworthy. He solved my problems. Jorge made me his friend. He broke down the issues in my car and help me solve them filtering everything through my budget, schedule, and time. He exceeded expectations.

Service was quick. Got a call an hour after dropping off my car. Jose was awesome, he made sure I was aware of repairs needed but not urgent. He said safety first and I appreciated how did not push additional services. I have to say my experience was easy and smooth. Thank you Toyota and Jose!

Titus was super friendly and knowledgeable and not to mention helpful he knew how to take care of his customers and made sure I left out happy I've been a value customer for 7several years and will continue coming to Toyota for my future maintenances or upgrades for this reason please for whoever this survey goes to give him a raise or a promotion for giving me outstanding customer service ??
Brandon was very nice and walked me through my service appointment. He called and texted me with items of concern or if I had any further questions.
