I had made appointment for protective coating to be applied to car .Person I talked to on phone failed to put appointment into system ..Service personnel Uriel Garcia took care of me with a 2 to 3 hour wait . I was happy to wait and get taken care of as I had planned . Uriel was nice and contacted me via text to keep me updated and available if I had questions . Very professional 👏
