Had some issues with recalls was Response to get the recall cleared, and had some issues with my mirrors, and he took care of the problem, very knowledgeable on what he does at your dealership, trustworthy.

My experience with the dealership in the past couple years has been primarily with the Service Dept. I have two Toyotas that I have serviced at Camelback, and I always work with Cesar. He is always professional, communicative, and friendly.
Fast service, friendly people, car was done before promised time. Ryan was great communicating what was being done and the online approval of services gave me time to figure out what everything meant.
The place is huge and seems to be operating ok. The cafe was very good.
Robert is always clear in explaining and very patient which my questions. I always feel comfortable bringing my tacoma here for service

The battery on my Highlander died when I was getting ready to leave town. Brandon got the car in and the battery replaced in time for me to get on the road and keep an important appointment.
