The work done is always good. The wait time varies. I have wait in the lobby when I come in. I have waited for as long as 5 hours. My most recent appointment only took 2.5 and involved 3 separate issues. I was pleasantly surprised. My service guy, Chase, was the best!! One reason for a 4 (and I considered a 3) is that Camelback is now charging customers an extra 3% fee for using your credit card. They make a ton of money off of us customers every time we come in!
