I have a maintenance package. Some of the maintenance was not covered under the package and I had to pay out of pocket. Everything went just as I expected. Aaron was great to deal with but wait time for service was average. A couple things I could have done myself for less money but I was visiting from out of town and didn't want to deal with it.
