My experience with Michael French was an amazing My experience with Michael French was an amazing experience. He was kind, friendly and exciting. His knowledge and passion for his work is not found often so this must mean he works for a great company. There were two young men in the same area with Michael who also were extremely kind, I apologize for not knowing there names but I saw great customer service that you can feel not only see.

When Toyota,RAV4 was returned after service was performed When Toyota,RAV4 was returned after service was performed - I noticed 2 days later that a tire valve stem nitrogen cap was missing. Small detail but all details are important. The valve stem nitrogen cap - has (NT) written on the top of the cap. It is my opinion that it was either not completely tightened or was forgotten on the Toyota t2ch work bench. I had to go to the local auto parts store to purchase different valve stems cap. When I arrived at the dealership for my service I ended When I arrived at the dealership for my service I ended up standing around for about 10 minutes. People were walking past me but no one asked to help. The people that are in the service department should understand that they are all customer service people and they should at least greet me and find out what my needs are. Once that was over and I met the service writer that I worked with everything went great
