When I contacted the dealership they were very responsive contacting me by phone and email. I appreciated the fact that they did not have a waiting list so I was able to go right in and purchase the vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and by serendipity the perfect car was delivered that very day. Melanie was very helpful and answered all of my questions and even helped me with the technology. I love the car and hope to drive it for many years to come!

Team worked together to ensure I got the car I wanted. The process took awhile due to some logistical issues with not having the color I wanted but it all worked out in the end. They were patient and provided excellent customer service. Thanks!

Melanie Kranz and Denita Long-Kaiser were absolutely the best when I bought my new Toyota Venza.
