There service is great but when you arrive to the service center and you wait in the vehicle for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledges you are there, having to get down from the vehicle, find someone to greet you and help you with your scheduled appointment. That is not so great! After connecting with the person I was scheduled with everything else went smoothly. Thank you Quatarius for listening and carrying out the services the way you did.

My first visit was terrible. The guy at the service department had no clue what he was talking about. I still made an Appointment because Costco has a special deal for 15% off. The service advisor I was initially scheduled with wasn’t even there when I showed up. New advisor worked with me and tried to help save me money but then he told me I had to replace a part that was almost at recall levels due to safety concerns.
