The staff was very friendly and attentive. Noah Hoskovec was very detailed and thorough with informing about the vehicles issues, repair work and billing. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Michelle Patnoe was extremely polite, professional. Took me over to my vehicle, and gave me details of the work that was done. Great team effort!

Chase Jim provided excellent customer service . He gave a detailed explanation of needed car repairs. The photos of damaged parts and printed detailed account as to the purpose of the parts.and need to replace the deteriorating ones provided the evidence needed to establish trust that these repairs were necessary. His reassurance that not all repairs were urgent on the day car was being serviced, was a relief because of the expense this would entail. Would not accept my oil coupon for $59. 95 from another Toyota dealership in Phoenix. I have been a Toyota customer for over 20 years.
