Titus was an amazing service advisor. I had multiple visits to this service center and was unable to get anyone to fix my service and maintenance care package to match what I was promised when I purchased my vehicle. I’m Confident about repairs and recommendations that are customized to my driving style and needs. The staff was personable and informative. My wait was longer than expected but I suppose that had to do with fixes I hadn’t planned on and the numerous clients served at this location.
