Terrible customer service! I’ve been trying to order a mirror for my son’s SUV, but it’s impossible to reach anyone at Camelback Toyota parts. The first time, the phone just rang endlessly with no voicemail or assistant to pick up. The next time, I was put on hold and gave up after waiting for 7 minutes. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple part ordered. Extremely frustrating!

Wont give out part number for a 25$ part that we were actually planning on purchasing. Berge Toyota has just earned our business. Thank you camelback toyota for once again showing what a terrible company you are.

Expect to wait at least 3 hours in line before eveh being attended to. The good reviews on here are from their employees

I have had nothing less than great experiences visiting Camelback Toyota's parts department. They took the time to research the parts I need for my 4Runner and walked me through any additional parts that I may need to complete my project. Very helpful staff!

My most recent experience will explaint to you who is reading this review the reason why camelback Toyota parts department have such a low rating in contrast to their sells part of the business. Prior to purchasing any parts online for the maintenance of any of my 3 Toyota vehicles that I have purchased from Camelback Toyota, I like to call and make sure the partt are in stock.
