There service is great but when you arrive to the service center and you wait in the vehicle for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledges you are there, having to get down from the vehicle, find someone to greet you and help you with your scheduled appointment. That is not so great! After connecting with the person I was scheduled with everything else went smoothly. Thank you Quatarius for listening and carrying out the services the way you did.

The service agent was great. The agent was not pushy for any services. They were personable snd straight forward. I will be coming back to them for some of the needed work.

Very professional and knowledgeable service tech. Clean waiting area. Trusted service. The only complaint is the price for labor which in most cases is 3 times the cost of parts making full repairs out of reach unless done over the course of several months. Other than that, i still continue to refer others and will use Camelback Toyota for my regular checks.

Your upselling is very aggressive and extremely irritating. Your people who have to do it are ok

My first visit was terrible. The guy at the service department had no clue what he was talking about. I still made an Appointment because Costco has a special deal for 15% off. The service advisor I was initially scheduled with wasn’t even there when I showed up. New advisor worked with me and tried to help save me money but then he told me I had to replace a part that was almost at recall levels due to safety concerns. It was no different from other dealerships. I think the employees are told not to be friendly and not to smile.
