Outstanding customer service. Quick to help and friendly people all around. We first worked with Kaden, we let him know we were just looking since we couldn't buy just yet. He still treated us with respect and was not pushy like dealerships know how to be. Nice Experience for Purchase of 2020 Outback Dennis and Igor were great to work with. They were able to knock nearly $30 off our lease payment. Their facility was very nice but not with over-extravagant overhead that you see at some places.... that you end up paying for.
Kyle was very professional but also understood the situation we were in he’s not like any other salesman that sees a 21 year old buying a car and doesn’t give him the time of day Kyle will be in the field for a long time with work like this.
Needed new car after my car was totaled. I found my buying experience exceptional from start to finish. Jordan Sanchez took the time to test drive 3 different cars and patiently answered all of my questions. Jordan made sure that the entire process went smoothly, understanding that I was still moving a little slow due to a recent concussion.
Great experience, Kyle was informed and felt relatable. Negotiations were (my) need-focused rather than sales-focused. Did not feel like a stereotypical “dealership” until the end. First time buying a car, would/will definitely use them again.
