Cameron was wonderful through the entire process, I appreciated that he showed me a few different options on loan products and answered all my questions promptly and with clarity. However, the renovation department could have been more clear and responsive as to what their requirements were. For instance, if TMF requires architectural drawings to close renovation loans clients should be aware of it early on.
