RecommendedWe love Camp Anothen!! So many fun activities for the kids to experience. Mine look forward to going each day and love zip lining, kayaking, swimming, archery, etc. It’s a great environment and the counselors do an amazing job with the kids in their groups.
I have 3 boys and they all love Camp Anothen. One is an L. I. T. (Leader In Training) and he has learned a ton about being a leader, the other one is older but still able to be a camper, his favorite activity is GaGa Ball and then I have a younger kiddo and he can’t wait to go again this year! He says it’s his favorite summer memory!
This was the first year of camp for our 6 yo daughter and she absolutely LOVED every single minute of it!! She’ll be returning next year (if not for another week later this summer)!
This is my daughters 2nd year at camp, she loves it. Simple and safe outdoor time, she calls it nature camp.

My daughter loved it! Fishing, kayaking, B.B. gun target practice, zip lines, inflatable slides, swimming. She can’t wait to go back! She had a blast. Our councilor Raider went above and beyond to watch after my daughter. So thankful for her patience, attitude and willingness to do her job beyond expectations! Just can’t express that enough!
Such a sweet, fun camp that is very organized!
My daughter loves this camp! She wouldn’t stop talking about all the cool things she got to do. She came home begging us to buy a canoe...lol. This camp is a wonderful addition to Mansfield. It’s a clean, Christian environment, and the owners are just so kind and humble. Our counselor for the week was really nice, and she sent me pics thru out the day which I thought was really cool. The property isn’t as big as Camp Thurman, but my daughter said they get to do a lot and it’s “fun-er.” We will definitely be back to Camp Anot... read more
