Totally trust this service center! Donnie and the crew are amazing. My Nissan ended up needing a lot of work and they were so incredible, helping me prioritize what I could afford and coming up with options to save quite a lot of money. Donnie also checked on me quite a few times through the morning since I was there waiting, to make sure I had food and was comfortable. So grateful for their expertise and care for their clients!
I initially worked with Seth at Campbell's Nissan via e-mail and text. He provided me with plenty of details about the cars I was interested so when I did finally make to the dealership for a test drive, they had the cars I was interested in ready. Unfortunately Seth was not working that day but he did an excellent job of preparing Ava so that she could help me with missing a beat. Ava and the finance team worked with me to get the best deal and financing and made the process simple and smooth.
