I had addressed a master association problem with the kids playground, not really expecting it to be resolved As they have the four association set up, which causes more issues than it fixes. But Shellee Solomons and Gayle Kurtzner addressed the issue immediately. Any questions and concerns I've ever had, I never hesitate to contact them as they've always been helpful.
Fantastic property management company....would say the best in Florida and I’ve worked with many of them. Managers are fantastic as is the work performed by the maintenance and cleaning staff. Would recommend to anyone!

Robin Dimitrakis has been our property manager for several years at Floral Lakes. Our community is extremely lucky to have Robin. She is a top-notch manager. Palm Beach Leisurville hired Campbell Property Management Company two years ago. They have made a differerence. They care about our community as much as the residents do. Their service is second to none and everything they do is done with an honest heart and a warm smile.

Campbell Property Management has been at our property for many years, although we did shop around for a few years and came back to them- which is probably the best testament you can give to a company. They have experience and relationships with a number of contractors and carry some weight with them as they manage a large number of properties. They have a solid knowledge in virtually all aspects of property management.
