Very happy with Campbell, and our property manager. They walked in to a mess, and have done their absolute best to clear it up. Any negative reviews from homeowners, are simply people who did not get what they wanted, when they wanted. Some people are just not meant to live in an HOA.

Campbell Management took over our community in October. Our former management company, GRS left us a mess.It was a hard transition no thanks to our former management. Our new PM is great!She is very knowledgeable and has brought in some awesome vendors, not only helping our community look great but saving us money as well. She is very communicative and responds to emails and texts in a timely manner. She has been a joy to work with and we're glad to finally have someone we can trust to lead our HOA board successfully.

Campbell Property Management is the management company for the Wellington Equestrian Club Master Association (HOA). We returned to Campbell Property Management after being with a larger more well known company for years and we are very glad we came back to Campbell. Best property management company we've ever had and worked with. We've had 4 companies manage HOAs where we've lived, in various states. By far, Campbell in Jupiter, FL is the best. Responsive, concerned, beyond helpful. They've gone above all expectations. Thanks to our property manager's help, we've brought our HOA up to a high level of efficiency, corrected outdated problems and more. They deserve 5 stars.

This Company is being used to manage my HOA. A complaint was filed against their employee and delivered to the company director. It was ignored. Any legitimate business would have responded. Hence, we checked SUNBIZ, and it appears that Campbell Management Company is registered as a Fictitious Name for "******** Property Management and Real Estate, Inc." However, it appears that neither of the directors Mr. ***** or Mr. ******** have professional licenses? One has an expired Real Estate License and they were previously licen... read more

Complaint I am being charged lawyer fees and late fees 2 years later without previous effort to contact me. On X-XX-XX my occupant at **** ******* ****** ******* ****** Fl. XXXXX called my mom (******* ******* who has been handling all issues regarding the property since I have relocated. She called to say that I had a certified letter.
