Our property manager, for Hillsboro Landings II, Lori Schmidt went the extra mile after Hurricane Irma and she still continues her expert help dealing with the aftermath of the storm. When I returned to the building at 10 AM Monday morning, she already had plumbers fixing the broken riser pipes on the roof and the roofers were on their way to take care of the section of roof that came off. Gayle at Green Cay is the most helpful staff member we have ever had the privilege of working with. She is always ready with answers to questions, knows lots of good service people and offers good advice. She was the extra bonus we were not expecting when we bought in Green Cay.
