This company has provided the worst service I have ever experienced. They entered my property without permission—trespassing—and attempted to remove a propane tank without notifying or getting authorization from me. To make matters worse, they are now trying to bill me for services I never requested or agreed to. I have had zero communication or signed agreements authorizing any of this, yet they continue to push charges and act as if this behavior is normal. My gosh! Customer Service is still alive and well at Campora Propane services. Kimberly and Travis both helped me out with an extremely sticky situation with my propane tank at my property in Copperopolis. Both Kimberly and Travis were super responsive, pulled off a miracle for me in respect to timing and made everything Work perfectly!
