1st off all…my rent office team is better than yours! So, I moved into my apartment at the end of January 2023 and from the time I walked in to apply and every visit I’ve made to the office thereafter Erica has been EXCEPTIONAL. Personable. Patient. Professional. Period! Our maintenance team is timely and friendly. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. I absolutely love it here 🥰
Even though, I haven't moved in yet. I had to share this message to the Property Manger, Office Team and to the Maintenance Staff of Campostella Commons Apartments, on a job well done!!! You all have gone above and beyond, taking care of the Community and all the tenants needs. Ms. Holloway, is one of the tenants there, who is a Uber / Lift Driver, that spoke highly of each and everyone of you!!! She even spoke about the friendliness, quietness and cleanliness there. I would like to thank Campostella Commons for the new shower head with sprayer and also the new handicapped toilet. It really helps me, do to the problem that my left knee is bone hitting bone. The toilet allows me to stand up a lot easier and the sprayer helps me to bathe a lot easier. Again, thank you very much. Lilly Basnight
