1) They didn't show up for 4 weeks at one point even though I am supposed to have weekly delivery. All they did was refund the weeks they didn't deliver / pick up the dirty towels. I had called and emailed 5+ times and they kept promising they would come but then they wouldn't follow through. 2) The contract requires notice (by registered mail) that you will cancel.
