CanaDream provides fantastic service, super clean and conditioned vehicles and a great end-to-end experience. It really is as good as it gets. We had something to compare to since we rented last year from the same location (Calgary) from Cruise Canada, which was quite the opposite - rude and embarrassing service, old smelly vehicles, sad experience overall. My only complaint is that the pick up procedure takes a long time - about two hours. The staff are friendly and thorough, and they carefully explain how everything works and answer any questions. We got the vehicle with 5/8 of a tank, which was a bit of a pain because bringing it back to that level exactly for return was a bit of a guessing game at the pump - I would prefer to get the vehicle with a full tank of gas. WARNING: Hidden Damage, Misrepresentation, and a $30,000 Loss We purchased a CanDream Inc's used motorhome from ArrKann RV (Rocky View) after being assured by Eva Moser and Brock Simmons that it was "like brand new," fully inspected, and in excellent condition. That was not true. Just returned from a weeks vacation in a Canadream RV. PICK UP was in YVR and drop off of the RV was in Calgary. The RV itself was fantastic. Great condition and we had no problems with it at all. I would warn that the company will not work with you at all for pick up times. We were flying in from Toronto to Vancouver and wanted to pick up the RV as close to 1 as possible. Very depressing to be charged $1500 for a 'scratch' on a side solar screen that this company claims needs to be substituted entirely and BSing about the why. In fact it's all about 'resell' value and $$$$$. I strongly recommend against this company, unless you're willing to hand out lots of dough for additional miles, scratches and other things you didn't think of. Far to many hidden fees. We were 1/4 tank light on gas and they charged us $70 dollars. The insurance is a joke, they charge you additional fees to protect the windshield etc. they over charge you, they are not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Definitely select a different rental company.
