Skulle absolut boka detta hotell igen! Vi blev väldigt positivt överraskade av rummet och hotellet i stort. Skönt att ha ett rum där man inte behöver tänka på att det kommer in någon och städar varje dag, vi tog hand om rummet själva. Stort rum och bekväm säng. Utsikt mot huset mitt emot och pga att vi inte kunde öppna fönstret så mycket så såg vi det huset och himlen men inte så mycket mer. Inget att klaga på egentligen. Vi bodde på 24e våningen. Great location . Round the corner from 42nd street subway also lots of places to eat & drink . Room was a little dated but clean and very comfortable. No housekeeping unless you stay for over 7 nights ( never heard that one before ) Also hidden charges that were not mentioned when booking with Expedia

Me and my husband were celebrating our anniversary away from the kids and this hotel was perfect it has a kitchenette I cooked the first night but honestly there is so many restaurants around that we ate out most of the time. The room was clean the hotel was quiet and service was good. The only con was that in the same street there is a few major hotels and one that looked like a shelter so the street always haves movement outside but for the most part I felt very safe and I loved that we were so close to timesquare. I had a Queen suite for 2 nights. PROS: good location, nice staff, comfortable bed, no bed bugs, clean room and towels, large TV, nice stocked kitchenette, updated sink, Dove brand toiletries, free washer/dryer in the basement. Welcome waters and chips was a nice touch. CONS: unreliable door keys, bad odor when the heat turned on (AC was ok), they ran out of coffee for the rooms (still had coffee at the lobby), homeless people and filthy street when walking towards 9th Ave (towards 8th Ave was not an issue).
