Staff was outstanding at this hotel. Allowed me to check in a few hours early due to an early flight and check out late due to a late flight. Each staff member I talked to was professional and kind. Area is close to Times Square (10 minute walk) and pretty quiet. Was close to an area with homeless people but still felt safe. Required key to access building and elevators, adding to safety. Good location, comfortable room
Boa estadia. Hotel nem localizado, limpo, boa organização. Quarto para deficientes é bem espaçoso. Elevador super rápido e sempre disponível. Não estava com a máquina de café funcionando, tendo apenas função café passado disponível que sempre faltava. Fala que o pagamento da taxa de turismo e caução era em dinheiro e no balcão só aceitava cartão.
Das Hotel liegt sehr gut 10 min zum Times Square, 10 min zum Empire State Building. Unser Zimmer verfügte über eine kleine Kitchenette, dort konnte man Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten oder auch einmal ein Gericht kochen bzw. in der Mikrowelle aufwärmen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen kommt kein Zimmerservice, was aber nicht wirklich negativ war, da wir doch nur zum Schlafen im Hotel waren. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
