The room and staff were excellent and the room had plenty of amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, a burner and plenty of dishes and silverware. However, it was almost impossible to get a steady temperature in the room. Either too hot or too cold. Also, the hot water in the shower took forever to get hot and one morning the best I got was lukewarm, Overall a great place to stay
GREAT LOCATION, COMFY BED, SPACIOIS ROOM Great location for Times Square or Hudson yards Very close to port authority for metro or buses 1$ pizza across the road Deli on the corner Only issues I had was rooms were not cleaned everyday out stay was 7nights, I don’t mind no room cleaning every day but fresh towels would of been great every other day even if it’s just left inside the room behind the door
Hotel razoável Hotel tem uma boa localização, quarto grande e confortável. Porém devido ao carpete não possui cheiro muito agradável. A limpeza foi feita uma única vez durante os 8 dias da nossa hospedagem. Atendimento ruim, sempre grosseiros e com preguiça de falar. Café e chocolate quente que era para estar disponível 24hrs, raramente tinha!
I really wanted to give this property 5 stars, the room was huge it had a kitchen a nice size bathroom, the elevators worked and the room was very clean. The only issues I had was the internet was in and out for most of my stay and the tv only has a few watchable channels. This is my second stay there and I know it won’t be my last simply because of the price and the convenience.
Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera di questo albergo nei pressi di Times Square (sulla 39 esima strada). Posizione comodissima, davvero molto centrale. Camera abbastanza spaziosa con la presenza di cucina dotata di tutto il necessario (pentole, piatti, posate, scolapasta, contenitori in plastica etc) anche di frigorifero, microonde e lavastoviglie. Nella lobby presenza di una coffe station con disponibilità di tea e caffè gratuito ed eventuali snack a pagamento. Personale gentile. Struttura davvero consigliata!
Warmly recommend
The bed was comfortable but small. The bathroom door was very hard to close due to warping. The body soap was empty. There wasn’t coffee in the morning or hot choc in pm. I would say the fault was with housekeeping keeping supplies filled. Front desk was nice.
