This hotel was amazing, the front desk people were excellent with their hospitality, she even explained only one elevator was working and if we wanted a room on a lower floor, but with my knee caps I can wait for the elevator lol. Wish they had a breakfast, the beds were so fantastic, but the pillows were too soft for me, the shower water was perfect, it was only a block away from the bus terminal and two blocks from Times Square. The kitchen made me want to stay there for a week. I would definitely come back here to do that... read more
Excellent facilities, and attention
Helpful and mostly friendly staff. Clean hotel. Free laundry, but most of the machines don’t work. Wish housekeeping was more frequently than once per 7 days. Great location
Wir hatten das Zimmer 3105,in der 31.Etage. Mit einem perfekten Blick auf ESB,One World Observ. sowie the Edge. Das Zimmer bestand aus einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster,Kühlschrank,und 2 Gefrierfächern. Leider war die Türdichtung des Kühlschranks nicht mehr fest an der Tür befestigt,was ein Abtauen zur Folge hatte.
