Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la possibilità di avere una piccola cucina in camera che a New York visti i costi della città. Camera al 22º piano con vista su un altro hotel, ben insonorizzata a parte la porta d’ingresso. La pulizia della camera viene fatta solo 1 volta a settimana circa 3 gg dopo il tuo arrivo ma se hai bisogno di altro è sempre possibile chiedere. The property is close to the 42nd Subway Station. The staff is super amicable and educated. The room is equipped with a full kitchen and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped with Dove hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Everything was very clean. Free of noise during the night. I stayed on floor 10th. On the other hand, I faced several situations upon arrival, the toaster was damaged (they happily replaced it with another one). Amazing and friendly staff. Great juice in the lobby
The suite was well equipped and in good order. The furniture looked fairly new. What makes this hotel outstanding for an extended (I.e. more than 3 days is its well equipped kitchen and its location walking distance to Central Park, Pier 79/ Ferry, Times Square, the High Line etc. The only improvement I would like to see is there air conditioning control. It’s an On/Off approach with no fan control. Our unit would only accept 72 F.

The hotel was a great find in the middle of NYC. I will definitely stay there again.
